Chris, the Chef, following in her French grandmother’s footsteps,
is sometimes waitress, sometimes songstress.
She believes that ‘WHATEVER YOU DO, DO IT WITH A PASSION’.
Her past pursuits including Interior Decorator, Counsellor and Motivational speaker, are all now woven into one.
Tasting a Tapanade, sipping a chardonnay, with the strains of ‘Edith Piaff’ in the background, you would be forgiven if you thought you were in the South of France.
